Life is a journey. Our purpose as we fulfill our life is to remain in our integrity to what is. The fidelity of our mental state and our attitudes is crucial to our journey. 

The Universe is speaking.  Are you listening?  Our challenge, opportunity, and responsibility is to catch the hints as the Mystery awakens within us and all around.  Teach us and show us the way.

Often the best thing you can do in the mystery is to listen, ponder, feel deeply, and slip into wonder and awe.  When we do, we become intimate with the vastness from which listening arises.

Let yourself be surprised.  Be an explorer in unknown territory and a child filled with wonder and surprise.  Behold!  I make all things new.  Yes.  We witness you.

The Dalai Lama is often asked about his religion. His response is always, "My religion is kindness." Let us also practice kindness every day. 

We need to ask two perennial questions:  ‘What am I standing on?’, and ‘What am I standing for?’  The answers lead us to what we value in the world and give us direction to stay true to this calling.

It takes courage to tap into what is innately ours and to bring it forth in the world.  We can then choose authentically to bring forward what is true for us.

The work of being wholehearted depends on the honest acceptance of all our gifts and failings.  We then experience the compassion of being whole and never close our hearts to those in need.

Let us explore what it means to live with truth, meaning, and kindness. Not abstractly, but in a personal way. When we slow down, everything becomes holy.

If another world is possible, what is your role in making it happen? If we stay together, we can’t be broken.
