Our ego holds us back into small thinking. We are not all there is. We are much larger than ourselves when we connect with the One and know that "I Am." 

When we know truth, we are open to more truths. As our knowing spreads, we become part of the web of knowing. 

When we ask questions rather than speak, we can hear the One speaking to us. On this Independence Day week, let us explore a life of asking the question. 

The Dalai Llama said, “My religion is kindness.”  Kindness is the antidote to everything.  It’s the kindness and wisdom we encounter beyond our fears that bring us together and brings us alive.

What if in the midst of our troubles, we are given the gift we need?  Every circumstance incubates the soul so it might germinate while we are here.  By entering where we are, thoroughly, we see a way to navigate life by receiving the gifts of life.

I never stop trusting that life will give me exactly what I need.  It is then my privilege to work with what I have been given.  Reaping the blessings is the art of gratitude and interbeing.

The mind can lead us to the threshold of Wisdom, but only the heart can enter.  The mind weaves meaning like a spider, but only the heart can leap the Stream.  We are given a mind to navigate life, and we are given a heart to be Alive.  (Zen saying)

When we reach that place inside of us, our true home, we find that all is well. There is coherence waiting for us to claim it. 

Staying in touch with spirit in us and around us is a full time job. It never ends, becoming a lifelong process for each of us. 

Life ebbs and flows in us and all around us. Let us interact with that which is by having an ongoing conversation with it.
