The Compass of the Heart

When we understand karma and intention, we are given the opportunity to set the compass of our heart and dedicate ourselves to our highest intention. That is what will transform our world.

The Awakened Heart

A peaceful heart gives birth to love. When love meets suffering it turns to compassion. When love meets happiness, it turns to joy. When we touch peace, love, joy and compassion in ourselves, we are transformed.

Understanding the Weave

To understand the weave of life, we need to find the other threads. Inner and outer connections enliven our kinship to life. As we pull back the curtains and open the windows, and stop making everything in our own image, we let life reach us, one colorful thread at a time.

Making Space for More

Pure consciousness is never just me, trapped inside myself. Rather, it is an observing of “me” that allows us to see our connectedness. As we awaken in the beginner's mind we expand consciousness and allow for the surprises of insight and awe.

The Authentic Life

Living authentically, we trip into the heart of things and experience the interconnectedness of things again and again. The gentler we are, the more capable we are of letting things enter and move on through. We surrender into awe and become intimate with the mystery of life.
