Each Time I Begin

Each time I begin again, I am stunned to recall that we are complete as we are and about to burst into a fresh aliveness.  As Emerson says, “Only the coming is sacred.”

The outer teacher takes you to the inner teacher, but the greatest teacher is life.  Could we offer our beginner's mind and heart to the many wordless teachers that call us to awaken?

The Covenant of Practice

Understanding emerges and evolves through practice. If practice does what it’s suppose to do, it exhausts the energy for seeking and Reality has a chance to present itself.
