The agents of kindness are everywhere. Watering seeds can change the world, but the chance to do the watering can change your life. Being kind helps us grow and stay awake.

Each Time I Begin

Each time I begin again, I am stunned to recall that we are complete as we are and about to burst into a fresh aliveness.  As Emerson says, “Only the coming is sacred.”

Presence and Absence

It is only when open and present that we can be filled with the holiness that informs everything.  Could we find Presence even in absence?

Sweet Teachers

The outer teacher takes you to the inner teacher, but the greatest teacher is life.  Could we offer our beginner's mind and heart to the many wordless teachers that call us to awaken?

Staying Possible

We have the chance to stay possible. It is a birthright we often put down and tuck away. When we enliven ourselves to the fullest, we spark the aliveness that illuminates our gifts of humanity.

Looking at Things Freshly

Could we be stunned and awakened into looking at things freshly? Our view expands when we view Life as a Whole and act from there.

The Covenant of Practice

Understanding emerges and evolves through practice. If practice does what it’s suppose to do, it exhausts the energy for seeking and Reality has a chance to present itself.

Could we hold our dream of life before us and imagine it’s a mirror of our soul waiting to come alive? Our dream awaits us.

We often rush to cultivate our gifts, but when we slow down we meet the world through what is given. Slowly is the way.
